Parodic adverts is where an advert will make fun of a TV show or a film or even a music video. They can also be humorous as they make you laugh. The Volkswagen advert is an example of parodic because it uses star wars because Volkswagen make cars for families and the families it is aimed at remember star wars from there youth so it appeals to them, also they use dogs and lots of young families have pets.
